1. Who we are
Zenith FC is a football academy for children aged 4 to 18, training at venues in south Chennai. Zenith FC is a brand of Renascent Ventures Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).
This policy explains what personal data we handle in connection with this website (zenithfc.in) and when you contact us, why we use it, and the choices and rights you have. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”).

2. This website has no forms
You can use this website without telling us who you are. It has no contact forms, accounts or logins, and it does not ask you to type in any personal details. The only data the website itself gathers is the analytics described in section 5.
3. When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone
The “Book a Free Trial” button opens WhatsApp with a suggested message. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. When you message or call us, we receive:
- your phone number, and your name as it appears on WhatsApp;
- what you choose to tell us, such as your child’s name, age and preferred day.
We use this only to reply to you, arrange a free trial, share fee details and organise your child’s sessions. WhatsApp is a service run by WhatsApp LLC (Meta), and its own privacy policy applies to your use of WhatsApp.
4. The enrolment form (VenueOS)
Enrolment and payment happen through an online form run by a third-party platform, VenueOS. The details you enter there, such as your child’s details, health and fitness declaration, media consent and payment information, are collected through that platform. They are covered by the platform’s own terms and privacy policy and by the consents you give in the form. We receive the enrolment details from the platform so that we can run your child’s training, reports and badges.
5. Analytics and cookies
We use two tools to understand how visitors use this website, so that we can make it clearer and easier to use:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) records pages visited, buttons clicked (for example “Book a Free Trial” or “Call”), the website you came from, your device and browser type, and your approximate location at city level.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) records how pages are used, including clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, to create heatmaps and session replays. Clarity masks typed text by default, and this site has no forms.
These tools use cookies or similar technology. We use the information in aggregate to improve the website, not to identify you, and we do not use it for advertising. Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months.
How to opt out
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or browse in a private window.
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Read how Microsoft handles Clarity data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Maps on our venue and contact pages load from Google only if you press “Show map”. Until then, no data is sent to Google Maps.
6. Children’s data and parental consent
Our players are children. Under the DPDP Act, a child is anyone under 18, and we need the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian before processing a child’s personal data. In practice:
- We collect a child’s details only from their parent or guardian: on WhatsApp, by phone, or through the enrolment form, where consent is recorded.
- This website is meant for parents and guardians. It does not track children or show them advertising.
- We use children’s data only to provide coaching, assessments, report cards, badges, tournaments and safety.
- If we learn that we hold a child’s data without a parent’s or guardian’s consent, we will delete it.
7. Photos and videos of players
We may take photos and videos at sessions, tournaments and Badge Days. We publish images of a player (for example on this website, Instagram or Facebook) only if their parent or guardian has given media consent in the enrolment form. We use first names only in captions and never share a child’s location or travel routine.
You can withdraw media consent at any time by contacting us (section 11). We will remove your child’s images from our active channels and stop using them in new materials.
8. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed with:
- service providers that help us run the academy and this website: WhatsApp (Meta), VenueOS, Google, Microsoft and our website hosting provider;
- tournament organisers, when your child is entered in a tournament (name and age group only, as needed);
- authorities, where the law requires it or to protect a child’s safety.
9. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was given:
- Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment: deleted once the conversation is no longer needed.
- Player records, reports and badge records: for as long as your child trains with us, and afterwards only as long as the law requires.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
We take reasonable security measures to protect the data we hold.
10. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access: ask what personal data we hold about you or your child and how we use it.
- Correction: ask us to correct, complete or update it.
- Erasure: ask us to delete it, where we no longer need it or the law does not require us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent: as easily as you gave it. This does not affect anything done before you withdrew.
- Grievance redressal: raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer, and if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
- Nomination: name another person to exercise these rights for you in the event of your death or incapacity.
Parents and guardians exercise these rights on behalf of their children.
