2. Information on this website
The information on this website is general and for guidance only. Programmes, timings, venues, coaches and facilities may change. We will always confirm the details that matter, such as your child’s slot, on WhatsApp or by phone. Nothing on this website is an offer of fees or a contract.
3. Free trial sessions
- Each child can attend up to 2 free trial sessions.
- Trials must be booked in advance on WhatsApp or by phone, and are subject to availability.
- A parent or guardian must be present at the venue or reachable by phone throughout the trial.
- Please tell us about any health condition, injury or allergy before the trial.
- For safety reasons, we may decline, pause or end a trial, for example if a child is unwell, injured, unsuitably dressed or unable to follow safety instructions.
4. Enrolment, fees, payments and refunds
Enrolment happens through an online form run by a third-party platform (VenueOS), which also handles payment. Fees, payments, refunds and any cancellation are governed by the terms shown in that enrolment form. Fees are shared on enquiry.
5. Health and fitness
Parents and guardians are responsible for declaring their child’s health conditions, injuries, allergies and medication in the enrolment form, keeping that information up to date, and confirming that their child is fit to take part. Please tell the coach before a session about any change. Football is a physical, contact sport and carries some risk of injury; our coaches take reasonable care, build injury prevention into every warm-up and group children by age.
6. Code of conduct
Players
- Respect coaches, teammates, opponents and officials.
- Follow the coach’s instructions, especially on safety.
- No bullying, abusive language or violent behaviour.
Parents and guardians
- Watch from the parents’ area, and come onto the pitch only if the coach invites you.
- Encourage effort; please leave instructions during sessions to the coach.
- Do not criticise referees, opponents or other children.
We may suspend or end a player’s place for serious or repeated breaches of this code.
7. Photography and media consent
Media consent for photos and videos of players is given, or refused, in the enrolment form, and can be withdrawn at any time. See our Privacy Policy. Please do not publish photos of other children without their parent’s permission.
8. Programmes marked “Coming Soon”
Items marked “Coming Soon”, including parts of the Complete Athlete Programme, are planned. Their content, start dates and format may change, and we will tell enrolled families before each one begins. Transport charges apply for off-site sessions such as beach training.
9. Intellectual property

This website links to services run by others, including WhatsApp, VenueOS, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
11. Limitation of liability

12. Governing law
